WHAT: Virtual Section Meetings!
WHEN: Sunday, March 29th. Staggered start times:
- Otters at 3:30PM
- Timberwolves at 4:00PM
- Pathfinders at 4:30PM
WHERE: Using any device with a webcam (laptop, smartphone, tablet), join the meeting here. It will prompt you to download the RingCentral application if you haven’t already, so please allow a couple of extra minutes to get that sorted out. I recommend downloading it in advance here.
As much as possible, please be on time. This will help manage the disruption of having scouts join the meeting late. If you connect early, that’s fine, the main meeting room will be open at 3PM to allow sorting of technical issues. I will be available via phone (303-810-2575) and email (gsm@7thTrailblazers.com) if you have issues. I can also do test calls with anyone who wants to verify if everything is working, just let me know!
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Please see below for anything specific that leaders may want on-hand for the meeting. But otherwise, just wear your scout uniform and come join us!
OTHER DETAILS: Meetings are expected to be shorter than our regular meeting times, approximately 20-30 minutes. But this is our first time trying this, so bear with us while we work through the kinks!
